The Brief

The ICON Outlet Shopping Centre at the O2 approached us to revitalise their marketing strategy. We were tasked with taking the current brand assets and developing an exciting and engaging plan, which needed to both inspire and delight customers.

The Strategy

We evolved the current creative to create a look and feel for the centre that would be instantly identifiable as the ICON. The roll out was executed simultaneously across all platforms, from social posts to door drops to billboards. The campaign also included the organisation and execution of a Spring/Summer and an Autumn/Winter photo and film shoot to create all the required assets.

The Results

The campaign creative created an identity for ICON. Therefore it was then re-developed to work seasonally into the Autumn campaign and then Winter/Christmas campaign, giving the 2021 comms a distinctive look and feel which could only be related by to The ICON Outlet.

We are now working on the 2022 creative campaign, which will inspire, delight and excite the target audience of The ICON Outlet Shopping Centre.
