Developing the digital aspects of the marketing strategy with an improved view of social media, website and advertising. The client also loved the idea of presenting the centre in a jovial and self-deprecating way; which is fun to explore through tone of voice on our social media posts and across our digital and print assets.
With customers being the main focus of Cascades Shopping Centre, we wanted to improve their experience online by producing a new website and retaining customers' interest through quick social media engagement with the follower base. In the centre, we’re working to strengthen relationships with the local community by hosting regular events throughout the seasons.
