Working with the in-house team, Destination was asked to provide consultancy services for the Westpoint marketing team, including designing and hosting their website, managing social media, providing creative assets, and supporting the team with Brand Ambassadors at key events.

The Strategy

Acting as an extension of the Westpoint staff, Destination was on hand to manage online feedback 365 days a year, from ‘breakfast to bedtime’, to produce customer-facing collaterals such as the event guide plus key advertisements, and to maintain a leading-edge website.

The Results

A suite of on-brand materials and messaging, whether online or printed, via signage or third party, were created, plus the experience and hands on assistance provided to disseminate and update information in quick and efficient manner. Good crisis management has been pivotal for this client, particularly for high visitor and top profile events.
