A huge shopping and leisure destination based in Birmingham, Resorts World houses a hotel, a spa, a casino, a gaming arcade, a cinema and a multitude of outlet stores, as well as an array of bars and restaurants under one roof, and runs social media channels for many of these businesses. Resorts World originally approached us to help them manage their social media accounts during evenings and weekends, when their own in-house marketing team was not working.
We quickly proved ourselves to be an indispensable asset to the Resorts World Birmingham brand/business and we have now taken on full-time monitoring of their social media accounts, as well as creating and scheduling posts for these channels.
Communication is key to ensuring the smooth transition of important information between the Destination and Resorts World Birmingham teams. As well as regular, documented handovers, we also engage in a weekly catch-up call and occasional visits to the site to meet with the Resorts World Birmingham team.
